ReplyDeleteWow thanks for this! I've always loved pozole and my friend's mom makes it all the time. Each time I've had it from a different person, each meal had their own taste so I hope making it this way will taste different as well. Looking forward to trying this in the next time I plan to do some cooking.

Great job! Reading this post is making me so hungry! You made the steps super simple for everyone to follow thank you! -Sabrina Wilkerson Per.1
ReplyDeleteI can relate to this so much Ernesto!! Pazole is my favorite food and I use almost all the same ingredients as you do except I don't use the head of garlic and I tended to put 3 to 4 tablespoons of salt in the pot. Maybe one day we can get together and make some pazole using 3 to 4 tablespoons instead of two! Well done! -Ikwaak Dhillon P.6
ReplyDeleteYou did a great job writing about the recipe, I know how tricky making pozole can get and how overwhelmed a person might feel. However, your blog was quick and straight to the point without leaving too much information out. Your instructions seem fairly easy to follow, coming from a die hard pozole lover this blog is greatly appreciated!

I absolutely love Pozole and reading how you make it made me want to try a different recipe instead of sticking to mine! Your steps were very well written and you made Pozole sound absolutely delicious (which it is)! Good job!
ReplyDeleteI really enjoy this dish during the holidays due to my family not used to traditional american dishes we would make this. Though mine is a little different because we make it with chicken and not beef but overall I enjoy both. But reading this would bring back memories of when I would make it with my family.
ReplyDeletePozole - another dish i have yet to try. Seems to be a very simple and tasty recipe. Maybe when i have the ingredients to do so ill give your recipe a go.Good Job.
